How Much Does a Title 24 Report Cost?
Pricing depends on building type, conditioned floor area, the number of dwelling units, and how quickly you need the report.
There is no state-set fee for a Title 24 report. Every provider prices its own work, which is why quotes vary so widely. What legitimately moves the price is the amount of modelling involved: a larger building, more dwelling units, more complex mechanical systems and a tighter deadline all take more analyst time.
Our published pricing
- ADU — from $199, including up to 1,000 sq ft
- Residential — from $245, including up to 3,500 sq ft
- Multi-Family — from $345, including up to 4,000 sq ft and 4 units
- Commercial — quoted per project after we review your plans
Above the included size, additional square footage is calculated automatically in the order form, so you see the exact figure before you pay. Delivery upgrades are optional: 24-hour rush is $99 and priority 4–6 hour turnaround is $199.
What is included in the price
Every report includes the compliance documentation your building department expects, registration where the project requires it, and two revisions if your plans change. We do not charge separately for those revisions.
Why commercial is quoted, not listed
Nonresidential scope varies far too much for a fixed price to be honest. A lighting-only tenant improvement and a ground-up medical building are not comparable pieces of work. We review your plans, occupancy type and systems first, then send a fixed quote — with no payment required to get one.
If you have a written quote from another provider, send it to us. We will beat it.

Commercial scope varies too much for a fixed price to be meaningful. We review the plans first and then quote a fixed figure.
