Refund Policy

At Title24.Pro, every Title 24 report is custom prepared based on the plans and project information you provide. Because engineering work begins quickly after an order is received, please review this Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. Before Work Begins

You may request a full refund if our engineering team has not yet begun work on your project.

A refund request must be submitted before work begins. If approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. When Work Begins

To provide fast turnaround times, engineering work typically begins within approximately 30 minutes after we receive:

• Your completed order
• Full payment
• All required plans and project information

During weekends, holidays, after business hours, or periods of high demand, work may begin sooner or later depending on our production schedule.

Once engineering work has begun, your order becomes non-refundable.

3. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, every standard Title24.Pro order includes up to two (2) revisions at no additional charge.

Additional revisions or significant project changes may require additional engineering work and additional fees.

4. Project Changes

If your project changes after work has begun, including but not limited to changes in:

• Architectural plans
• Square footage
• Windows or glazing
• Insulation
• Mechanical systems
• Water heating systems
• Floor plans
• Building layout
• Project scope

additional engineering work may be required and additional fees may apply.

5. Building Department Corrections

If a building department requests corrections due to an error in our work, we will make those corrections at no additional charge.

Corrections resulting from revised plans, customer-requested changes, or information that was not included with the original order are not considered errors and may require additional fees.

6. Rush Orders

Rush processing fees are non-refundable once engineering work has begun.

7. Orders We Cannot Complete

If Title24.Pro determines that we are unable to complete your project before engineering work begins, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Duplicate Orders

If the same order is placed more than once by mistake, please contact us immediately.

If engineering work has not begun on the duplicate order, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order or payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

Title24.Pro reserves the right to respond to payment disputes with documentation relating to the services provided, as permitted by applicable law.

10. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times are determined by your financial institution and payment provider and may vary.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes become effective when the revised Refund Policy is posted on this website.
