By accessing our website, requesting a quote, uploading plans, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

Title24.Pro provides California Title 24 energy compliance services, including but not limited to:

• ADU Title 24 Reports
• Residential Title 24 Reports
• Multi-Family Title 24 Reports
• Commercial Title 24 Compliance Services
• Related energy compliance documentation

All reports are prepared using the information and plans provided by the customer.

Title24.Pro provides Title 24 energy compliance documentation only. We do not provide legal, architectural, structural, or engineering design services. Our reports reflect compliance with applicable California Energy Code requirements based on the information and plans you provide; they are not a substitute for review by a licensed architect, engineer, or other design professional where such review is required.

2. No Guarantee of Permit Approval

Title24.Pro prepares energy compliance documentation based on the information provided by the customer and applicable California Energy Code requirements at the time of preparation.

Permit approval is determined solely by the applicable building department or other authority having jurisdiction. Title24.Pro cannot guarantee that any report will be approved, accepted, or processed without objection by any governmental agency.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information.

You are responsible for:

• Uploading complete architectural plans.
• Providing accurate project information.
• Reviewing your order before payment.
• Responding promptly to requests for additional information.

Title24.Pro is not responsible for delays or additional work resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or revised information.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment is required before work begins.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

Title24.Pro does not store your complete payment card information.

5. Project Review

Every project is prepared using the plans and information submitted at the time the order is placed.

If project information changes after work has begun, additional fees or revisions may be required.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated turnaround times displayed on our website are estimates only.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

Delivery may vary depending on:

• Project complexity
• Quality of submitted plans
• Customer responses
• Requested revisions
• Workload
• Holidays
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, every standard order includes up to two (2) revisions.

Additional revisions or substantial project changes may require additional fees.

8. Commercial Projects

Commercial projects vary significantly in size and complexity.

Commercial pricing is provided only after reviewing the submitted project information.

9. Building Department Corrections

If corrections are requested due to an error in our work, we will correct those errors at no additional charge.

Corrections resulting from revised plans, customer-requested changes, or information not included in the original submission may require additional fees.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that work may begin shortly after payment and plan submission.

11. Customer Acknowledgement

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing:

• Your project information
• Uploaded plans
• Selected services
• Delivery option
• Total price

Submitting an order confirms that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, logos, calculations, reports, documents, and other materials created by Title24.Pro remain the property of Title24.Pro unless otherwise required by law.

Upon full payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive license to use the completed report solely for the project for which it was prepared, including permitting, construction, ownership, financing, sale, maintenance, and operation of that project.

The report may not be copied, modified, resold, or reused for a different project without our prior written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with the operation of the website.
• Submit fraudulent information.
• Misuse our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for violations of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Title24.Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Our website may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, website hosting, file storage, analytics, email delivery, and other operational services.

Title24.Pro is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, or content of third-party providers or websites.

17. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• Required project information is missing.
• Payment cannot be completed.
• The requested service cannot reasonably be provided.

If we cancel an order before engineering work begins, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

18. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

Title24.Pro shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, utility failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
