What to include
If you already have plans, send them as PDFs. If you do not, tell us the project address, the building type and roughly what you are doing. The address matters more than people expect — it determines your climate zone, which changes what the code requires.
Response times
We reply as quickly as we can during business hours. Commercial quote requests are typically answered within 5–15 minutes during business hours; requests submitted after hours are answered the next business morning.
Plan-check comments
If your building department returned a correction relating to energy documentation we prepared, send us the correction letter itself rather than a summary. The code section the plan checker cites usually tells us exactly what they want.
