The $199 ADU report covers the compliance documentation a building department asks for at permit: the calculations, the Certificate of Compliance, and the forms that go with the submittal. It includes an ADU up to 1,000 square feet of conditioned floor area, and two revisions, which is what makes plan check comments a normal part of the job rather than a separate charge.
What adds to it
Additional conditioned floor area beyond 1,000 square feet is itemised in the order form, so the figure shown before payment is the figure charged. Turnaround is the other variable: standard is included, a 24-hour rush is $99, and priority handling is $199. What does not change the price
