How the price is built
The $245 base covers conditioned floor area up to 3,500 square feet. Above that, area is charged in steps of 500 square feet at $49 a step, so a 4,200 square foot house is two steps above the base. The figure is calculated in the order form before payment, so what is shown is what is charged.
Turnaround is separate: standard is included, a 24-hour rush is $99, and priority handling is $199. A printed and mailed copy is $39. Two revisions are included, and a third is $49.
What does not affect the price
